Fees and services

All services require a 60 minute "Initial Meet" (virtual or in-person) for a non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $20. This fee will not be applied to any future services.Big Bloom Package (Birth Services) $550
Subtle Blossom Package (Birth Services) $350$150 non-refundable hiring fee is due at contract signing (applied towards services).
Note: Date and services are not considered secured until a signed contract and successful hiring fee/payment is obtained.
Full payment for services is required by 37 weeks -Payment Arrangements Available

(2) 80 minute prenatal visits (birth plan, light exercise, nursery organization, mini "Labor Basics" class, and mini "Baby Basics" class)

(1) 90 minute postpartum visit

Postpartum Services
_Postpartum Doula's provide families with emotional, physical, and informational support to assist with having a new baby immediately after the baby's birth and transitions during the first year. _Postpartum services are provided at an hourly rate of $25 for one (1) child born and up to one (1) "in-house" sibling. Additional fees will be applied for care of multiples and/or two (2) or more "in-house" siblings who require support. Contact directly for more info.**Full payment must be obtained at least one week prior to service dates (by the week). Full payment is required before any services are rendered. A minimum of three (3) hours is required to book. **

About Me

Hi! My name is Shonnay and I am the owner of Blooming Births, LLC. I am a DONA International trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, servicing a 40 mile radius (possibly more) from the Cleveland, Ohio area.In 2007, I completed a two year Medical Technologies program and have recently earned an Associate of Science Degree from Cuyahoga Community College with a concentration in Biology sciences with supporting coursework in Psychology of Human Sexuality, Psychology of Personality, Lifespan Development of Nursing, Nutrition and Diet Therapy, and Pregnancy and Lactation.I have an extensive background in care and comfort as I have worked in the Labor and Delivery department of the local hospital, volunteered as an end of life sitter at Hospice of the Western Reserve, nannied for the family of a prestigious doctor, and mastered the continuous nurturing of my own three children.My life’s experiences have led me to this moment in time where I am undoubtedly able to comfort, support, and care for new mothers, babies and families during important life transitions; where confidence is instilled and courage is cultivated. It is my pleasure to serve you during this pivotal moment in your life and I sincerely thank you for considering me, the Blooming Birth's Doula!
